**Q1 2024: Foundation and Planning**

* **March:** Initiate community outreach and engagement programs to build a strong user base.

**Q2 2024: Development and Testing**

* **April:** Start the development of the ARB20-based game, focusing on core mechanics and AI integration.
* **May:** Conduct alpha testing of ARB20 smart contracts and initiate security audits.
* **June:** Roll out a beta version of the game for selected users and gather feedback.

**Q3 2024: Launch and Expansion**

* **July:** Official launch of the ARB20 token on the Arbitrum network.
* **August:** Release the first full version of the game, integrated with ARB20.
